In my opinion, musicians are the most amazing people, and you won’t find one that doesn’t have a hilarious story to tell, or a touching emotion or memory that inspired a song.

I get to hear these stories all of the time and thought other people would as well”.

Carrie’s Korner was born.

Carrie Zazzarino, better known as Carrie Zazz, was born Carolyn Kightlinger and grew up in Queens, New York. She became a resident of the Hudson Valley in the 1990’s and is a well respected part of the vibrant music community there.

Growing up, her musical inspirations were The Beatles, Bruce Springsteen and Yes. The harmonic sound in her music is reminiscent of these influences.

She currently plays with the Carrie Zazz Band, and is thrilled to be joined by her daughter Pam Zazzarino and good friend, Larry Bassen. Carrie is forever inspired by and grateful to play with the many talented musicians that she feels blessed to call friends.
